By accessing and using this website and services provided by Home Strategy LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

In no event shall Home Strategy LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Home Strategy LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

Home Strategy LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Home Strategy LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. Modifications

Home Strategy LLC may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Service Terms

  • Written estimates are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date issued
  • Estimates are prepared with the assistance of software-based measurement and pricing tools; the final price is reviewed and issued by Home Strategy LLC
  • A 50% deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due on completion
  • Payment is due on receipt. A balance unpaid 30 days after the invoice date accrues a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the amount outstanding
  • Conditions concealed behind existing finishes, and any work outside the written scope, are quoted separately before the additional work begins
  • Cancellation must be requested in writing. Deposits on scheduled work are refunded in full if you cancel more than 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days of the start date, the deposit is not refunded; it carries over in full to new dates that begin within 60 days of the original start date, and is retained only if you do not reschedule within that time. If Home Strategy cancels, or weather stops exterior work, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund of your deposit
  • Where Michigan's Home Solicitation Sales Act applies, you may cancel within 3 business days of signing, without penalty, and any payment is returned within 10 business days of your written notice. Work does not start inside that period
  • Completed work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty
  • Services are limited to specified geographic areas
  • Our rates may change without notice; issued estimates do not

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. Service Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their property for scheduled maintenance visits. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service if access cannot be safely provided. Additional fees may apply for service disruptions caused by customer unavailability.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
