Home Strategy LLC is owned and operated by Josh VanOchten, based right here in South Lyon. We’re not a franchise, not a call center, and not a crew dispatched from 45 minutes away. When you hire Home Strategy, you’re working directly with someone who lives in this community, knows these neighborhoods, and stakes their personal reputation on every job.
We currently specialize in residential pool maintenance—openings, weekly service, and closings—serving homeowners throughout South Lyon, Novi, Northville, Milford, Wixom, and the broader Oakland and Livingston County area.
Most pool service companies operate on the “trust us, we got it” model. We operate on the “here’s exactly what we did and why” model. Every service visit includes a detailed report with water chemistry readings, work performed, chemicals added, and any issues identified. You always know the status of your pool.
