Weekly Maintenance
Consistent, professional care throughout the swim season. Every visit includes a detailed service report. Pricing is based on pool volume—use the calculator below to get your exact rate.
Essential
Core maintenance for pools in good condition
-
We come out once a week on a consistent schedule so your pool is always maintained. You’ll know which day to expect us, and we’ll notify you if anything changes.
-
Every visit includes testing for chlorine, pH, and alkalinity at a minimum. We adjust levels on the spot to keep your water safe, clear, and comfortable for swimming.
-
Chlorine, shock, pH adjusters, alkalinity increaser, stabilizer, algaecide—everything your pool needs is included in your monthly price. No surprise chemical bills or trips to the pool store.
-
We skim the entire water surface to remove leaves, bugs, pollen, and any other floating debris. This keeps your pool looking clean and prevents debris from sinking and staining the floor.
-
Clogged baskets reduce water flow and put strain on your pump. We empty and rinse the skimmer basket and pump strainer basket every visit to keep circulation running efficiently.
-
We check the filter pressure gauge each visit to make sure it’s in the normal range. Rising pressure means the filter is getting dirty and may need a backwash or cleaning, which we’ll flag for you.
-
We visually and audibly check that the pump, filter, and other equipment is running properly during each visit. If something sounds off or isn’t performing right, we’ll let you know so you can arrange a repair.
-
After every visit you receive a report documenting what was done, your current chemical levels, and any notes or recommendations. You always know exactly what’s happening with your pool.
Complete
Full-service maintenance for a worry-free pool
-
Includes all Essential services: weekly visit, chemistry testing and balancing, all chemicals, surface skimming, basket cleaning, filter pressure check, equipment check, and written service report.
-
We brush the pool walls and tile line to prevent algae buildup and calcium scaling. This is especially important at the waterline where oils, sunscreen, and minerals tend to accumulate and create a visible ring.
-
When debris, dirt, or algae settles on the pool floor, we vacuum it up during our visit. This keeps your pool floor clean and prevents staining that can happen when debris sits too long.
-
When filter pressure gets too high, we backwash or clean the filter on the spot instead of just flagging it. This keeps your filtration system running at peak efficiency without you having to schedule a separate visit.
-
Complete customers are serviced first on our route. If you have a preferred day or time window, we do our best to accommodate it. You also get priority for any additional service requests.
-
We include photos with each service report so you can see exactly what your pool looks like after every visit—even when you’re not home. Great for peace of mind and tracking your pool’s condition over time.
